Cancel a purchase
If you changed your mind about a purchase, ask for a refund here. You don’t need an account.
How it works
- Enter the email you bought with and the booking code (8 letters and numbers: it’s in the confirmation email and in “My bookings”).
- We give you a request code right away and email it to you.
- The place refunds 100 % of what you paid, through the same method. We’ll let you know when it’s done.
While the request is open, your booking is still valid. Once you’re refunded, it’s cancelled and its QR codes stop working.
